Since not many people might understand the product (not even the wealthy ones) you might need more personal selling than ads.
You can target them at business networking events but first you need to create some word of mouth through satisfied customers who have used your product and got good returns.
Where's a good place, for beginners, to learn commodity futures trading?
There are a bunch of sites that can teach you how to trade. The most important thing to remember is that trading can be risky. The nice thing about trading stocks, commodities, etc. is you can practice on paper first before you trade with real money. Paper trading may help you to gain some confidence in your ability to trade but remember to be realistic and honest with yourself when logging your trades. Paper trading will not account for thin market conditions or missed fills so remember to take that into consideration as well. I like chart patterns because there is no leg time in your signals.
Here is a list of sites that may help you out:
Some exchange sites:

This is a good site with lots of videos and weekly updates:

Hope this helps you and good luck.
Would you ever have to go pick up some wheat and try to find a place to store it for instance? I have heard there are horror stories like this? Any truth to this rumor?
If it is not a cash-settled future, and you keep your position until expiration, you will indeed have to take delivery of (or deliever) the actual comodity at expiration.
However, you are never required to keep a position open until expiration. So, if you take a minimal amount of care and close your positions before expiration, you will never have to deal with the acutal underlying commodity.

CME Says Trade Limits Sending Business Overseas
Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- CME Group Inc. , the world’s largest futures market, told U.S. lawmakers and regulators that business is moving abroad because of potential trading limits being considered by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission .
Companies that offer derivatives investments, including Deutsche Bank AG, have shifted activity to markets outside the country because of the proposed limits, Chicago-based CME said in a letter dated yesterday to CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler and obtained by Bloomberg News.
“The CFTC has created the impression in the market that it intends to impose a stringent position limit regime,” CME Executive Chairman Terrence A. Duffy and Chief Executive Officer Craig Donohue wrote. “This impression, coupled with participants’ concerns about how much further the CFTC may go, has already influenced multiple funds to change their investment decisions, reducing their use of U.S. futures products.”
The government began scrutinizing speculative trading after prices for oil and other commodities soared to records in 2008. The CFTC held three days of hearings in July and August on the possibility of setting federal position limits in energy markets.
