Good day, ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Q3 2009 Terra Industries earnings conference call. (Operator's Instructions) I would now like to turn the presentation over to your host for today's conference, Mr. Joe Ewing, Vice President of Investor Relations of Terra Industries. Please proceed, sir.
There was a kerfuffle of energy on Monday involving the unfriendly bid of CF Industries for Terra Industries .
It began at about 5 p.m. when CF announced that it had at the end of the day sued Terra in Maryland report court to thrust the adversary fertilizer maker to keep its annual convention. As you may reminisce over, back in the spring the Terra on had amended the suite’s bylaws to permit the holding of its annual get-together facing the earlier required aeon between May 15 and April 15. But since that experience, Terra had refrained from catering to CF and rescheduling its annual confluence.
