There was a kerfuffle of energy on Monday involving the unfriendly bid of CF Industries for Terra Industries .
It began at about 5 p.m. when CF announced that it had at the end of the day sued Terra in Maryland report court to thrust the adversary fertilizer maker to keep its annual convention. As you may reminisce over, back in the spring the Terra on had amended the suite’s bylaws to permit the holding of its annual get-together facing the earlier required aeon between May 15 and April 15.
