I would like to trade some stocks, some currencies. If as a broker myself, I don't really need to pay for brokage? Even I have to pay some other charges, I can trade without commission or brokage if I am a broker?
My point is that I want to trade those not costly as much as possible. So I thought that I have to be a broker. Otherwise how could I do trade without commission or brokerage on every single trade? Thank you very much.

First of all, are you a licensed broker? Have you taken the series exams? If you are licensed, it shouldn't be hard for you to learn the aspects of trading in Canada or in some other countries. Each country will require it's own set of standard of running a securities industry. Everything is possible. You need to make phone calls to the places you're interested in becoming a broker and ask them questions. You can also write them.

I want to know if any education or degree is available to become a licensed STOCK MARKET BROKER. I have no education history of being into maths or finance. But I am good with numbers and people. So, I want to get a further education (I am a B.SC graduate) which can fetch me this degree and license of becoming a STOCK BROKER.

I live in Hong Kong and would like to know if any correspondence course from INDIAN STOCK EXCHANGE or AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE can provide with such education or courses.

I've never invested in the stock market, but would like too. I heard you can buy stocks without a broker. Any info would help.

The way is called a "DRIP" or Dividend ReInvestment Plan. Now in order to get the dividneds to reinvest, you must be an owner of the stock. But, many companies have plans that allow you to send money directly to them to buy the initial shares. You just have to visit the web site of each company you are interested in (usually "companyname.com") and click on their "investor relations" tab. You can also check on www.directinvesting.com, a web site for the moneypaper which deals with drips. There is a tab to read a free sample issue. Also use a search engine to look for drips.

What is the generally brokorage fees for investment in stock market through authorise petty broker & on line trading. Which is cheper and having more advantages.

General brokerage is

Delivery 0.5%
Intraday 0.05%

Most of the online are charging the same rate.

But u may bargan and got good offer from some brokers depending on your turnover or u may also got a fixed amount or rate of brokerage say Rs 9 per transaction or Rs 5000 per month .
