Can a person a person work for a mortgage broker, and a investor that is a note broker?

It is illegal for aperson to work for two mortgage brokers in the same state. However i want to know is it illegal for a person to be a loan officer for a mortgage brokerage, and get paid for referring notes, to an investor who specialize in owner finiance?

I am a note broker and I am looking for people that have mortgage notes to sell. How can I get clients?

I am looking for clients who have airplane notes, mortgage notes, mobilehome notes, boat notes, car notes, land notes, commercial notes, business notes. I have a website that they can post their items on for free that will get them immediate response. How can I reach these types of people?

I know it may not happen, but I want my first transation to be spectacular. Another thing, are foreclosures a way to start?


I hope you didn't pay too much for your seminar and course material. Spectacular deals don't just fall off trees. I've been in real estate and mortgages for 25 years and basically count on 1 hand the number of spectacular deals I've done. It is rare and takes a lot of work. And I've had some real duds in there too. You can make good money with lots of hard work and a little luck, but the streets aren't paved with gold. No matter what the guru said.
