I want to find a mailing list for my local area and want to find a reputable broker to purchase one from.
Try contacting the Direct Marketing Association (http://www.the-dma.org/). It's a national organization so they'll probably be able to help you no matter where you're located.
Angies List: Ticket broker do's and don't's
I am trying to find a broker-dealer for starting a financial planning firm. Does anyone know where I can get a list of available broker-dealers?
Look on the NASD's website. All broker dealers are required to registered with this agency.
I want to send out birthday greetings and I know that I can have my customer list matched against birth dates. I'd like to know where to get this done.
Although those types of lists are available, they are hard to find and expensive. I'm not sure it is practical to do what you want to do.
My advice is that you collect this data from your customers when you collect their other data.
Id like to market niche products via email. Ideally Id like to find a service that rents the list and emails the message as well.
Double opt-in would be best.
I have used dunhill in the past. They are professional. Their database is huge.
The list I got from them returned a 3% response rate.
You will not get the emails from them, but they will send things out for you.
have no idea
North state real estate: Foreclosure? No disclosure
Q: What should a buyer know before purchasing foreclosed property?
A foreclosure sale is one of the very few "as is" sales allowed in California. If a buyer purchases a foreclosed home and it breaks in two the day after the sale, the buyer owns both halves. There is no recourse.
So, if the question is, "What should the buyer know about this house?" the answer is, "Everything." The buyer or his broker needs to assemble a team to inspect and investigate the property. This team would include roofers, electricians, plumbers, heating and air technicians, termite inspectors, soils engineers, title officers, attorneys and others.
It is also very important that the buyer be represented by an agent who has the knowledge and experience necessary to manage a foreclosure transaction. The buyer's agent is the project manager who oversees all aspects of the transaction. Foreclosure transactions are different than any other type of transaction and an inexperienced agent can be expensive. Preferably, the agent should have two years or more experience in representing sellers (banks) in real estate-owned transactions before attempting to represent a buyer. An experienced real estate-owned broker should be able to foresee and prevent many of the unique problems that await the buyer of a foreclosure.

In sort not to molest Google TOS, I gait niches with my own supernova system. ** – $0.20-$0.30 per click unexceptional, *** – $0.30-$0.50 per click standard in the main, **** – $0.50-$0.70 per click normally, ***** – $0.70-$1.20 per click usually. While I don’t brain sharing word on ***** niches, I don’t record this report publicly elbow because it would with all speed assassinate these niches or get Google pissed off at me.
All AdSense niches were tested by me from one's own viewpoint and your results shouldn’t be very various, unless your account was elegant-priced, too much heretofore passed since my testing, MFA got a set back of the recess or your situation or traffic provenience sucks big while.
