Some states require a business broker to me registered just like a real estate sales person. Many states do not have any requirements. What does "conditions removal" mean in buying a business from a business broker?
conditions = acceptance of the profit and loss statement
= acceptance of the interior of the space
= acceptance of costs of maintenance or N or NN or NNN
= acceptance of the leases on the equipment that may exist
you as a buyer would want to review each of those "components"
of a biz and accept them in order to put down your deposit and
agree to any seller carry back.
ONCE you have accepted all of those and any more that you
find necessary, then escrow can CLOSE and the business
is YOURS.
Hello my husband and I have been planning on starting our own business we have already done some of the requirements to start operation. However now were thinking about just purchasing a business and are looking to hire a Broker is that a good idea do they really help? How much do they charge?
You might want to go see a broker, but keep in mind they are salesmen in the middle of a huge downturn.
Also, just like in real estate the seller is the one to hire them and pay their fees.

From one website I found the day care in triangle area and the automated reply was received from the website informing me the agents phone number , I left 3 voice messages but nobody returned the call.
